It seems that “Assassin’s Creed Empire” will be the showcase title, which should reveal a few things.
The latest source revealed that the Xbox One Scorpio will be released in December 2017.
Recently, Phil Spencer confirmed that there are games and hardware already in production, and it’s quite exciting for fans. It also quells some fears that the new console won’t face the same shortages that the Nintendo Switch faced.
Xbox Project Scorpio will continue with the Xbox One hardware, but it will have more powerful components and support the current collection of games. This also means, according to Trusted Reviews, that it will mark the end of the traditional console lifecycle.
“We think the future is without console generations,” Aaron Greenberg, head of games marketing at Xbox said. “We think that the ability to build a library, a community, to be able to iterate with the hardware – we’re making a pretty big bet on that with Project Scorpio.”
It also appears that their teaming with Assassin’s Creed Empire is making fans happy because they want to see how the new graphics will work with the game. Assassin’s Creed has always had cutting edge graphics that made even non-fans impressed. Now it will show us how far Xbox Scorpio can go.
